Belmont University’s Audio Engineering Technology program is designed to study, investigate, and contribute to the art, science, and practical application of audio engineering. Students of the Audio Engineering Technology program complete the B.S. or B.A. General Education core and a technical concentration in Audio Engineering Technology. Audio Engineering students also pursue supplemental studies in an approved related discipline (minor) such as computer science, mass communication production/performance, physics, music, music business or a business discipline such as business administration or entrepreneurship.

Belmont University’s impressive recording studio facilities include the award-winning Ocean Way Nashville; the historic RCA Victor Studio B, known as the “Home of 1,000 Hits”; the legendary Columbia Studio B “Quonset Hut”; and the state-of-the-art Robert E. Mulloy Studios located on the university campus in the Center for Music Business. Collectively, these studios comprise four of the most remarkable teaching, recording, and historic facilities available to students worldwide.
